The blatant endorsement of sin in today’s modern society is absolutely shocking. Whether it be through music, television, or news entities, I stand appalled. We’re beginning to discover the full meaning behind Matthew 7:13-14 - “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”
I believe this is a pretty good indication as to why God isn’t currently blessing our land. That path has certainly grown broader! Friend, it’s dangerous when sin traps us, but it’s even more dangerous when we fail to resist it.
Romans 12:2 - “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will."
Numerous denominations, churches, and Christians have given in to the act of conformity. I’d much rather transform than conform. God help us.
