I’m thankful for the victory we have in Jesus, but I’m sincerely thankful for the cost of that victory. It cost His life to give us the invitation, it costs us nothing to accept it. But, dear friend, when we accept that victory, it is then that our greatest work begins: Following Christ and fleeing the devil. We sacrifice our desires for His will and our possessions for His promises.
Today, you can accept that victory for free. All that is required is that you confess and believe. You must believe to be born again. Jesus instructed that we must be born again to enter the kingdom of God. It cannot be forced upon you, but rather it must be your decision to receive it. Friend, reach out and receive the victory, then devote your life to following the will of God. No one said it would be easy, but they did say it would be worthwhile. Find your victory in Jesus Christ!
